We collect only the minimum data necessary to operate the service:

• Session data — a temporary, anonymous session cookie is set by our backend (Supabase) to maintain your browsing session. This cookie contains no personally identifiable information and expires when you close your browser.
• Location data — if you choose to share your location, we use it solely to show nearby shops. Your precise location is never stored on our servers.
• Newsletter sign-up — if you choose to subscribe to our newsletter, we store your email address to send you updates. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• Language preference — stored in your browser's local storage (not a cookie) to remember whether you prefer Danish or English.
• Shopping preferences — if you consent via the cookie banner, we store your recent searches, clicked shops, and preferred mode (online/local) in a session database to personalise AI suggestions across visits. This data is anonymous and linked only to a session ID, not your name or email address. You can withdraw consent at any time by clicking "Essential only" on the cookie banner.

3. Cookies

We use only strictly necessary cookies. We do not use advertising, tracking, or analytics cookies. The only cookie we set is a functional session cookie required for the website to work correctly. No consent is required for strictly necessary cookies under applicable EU and national law.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate the site:

Session data is deleted when your browser session ends. Newsletter email addresses are retained until you unsubscribe. We do not retain location data.
